Heat from within…
Through infrared technology our Community Sauna works to directly heat the body, making it that much more comfortable, and easeful to spend time in. Typically, our sauna is set to its max 140°F. We host up to 2 people at a time, for 20min sessions. You can book multiple sessions at a time to lengthen your healing experience.
