Reiki is…

an energy healing technique used to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and aid in healing. Energy healing often feels soothing and promotes an overall feeling of well-being. It has been shown to have a positive effect on emotions, injury recover, pain management, anxiety, stress, and sleep problems. Additionally, energy healing is uniquely suited for complementing other modalities for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing and growth.

  • This modality is typically hands-on and performed over clothes, so comfortable attire is recommended.
