Props can help strengthen one's yoga practice. This interactive workshop is for any yogi wanting to explore how blocks, bolsters and straps can be used to improve balance, deepen stretches and access a variety of poses that often feel challenging for beginning and advanced students. Come prepared to move and play on your mat!
