Heat up and cool down…
Our Fire & Ice room features a private space, with an individual infrared sauna and PLUNGE cold tub. Typically, our sauna is set to its max 140°F. Through infrared technology the sauna works to directly heat the body more so than the space around, making it that much more comfortable, and easeful to spend time in. Our state of the art PLUNGE cold tub self filters, disinfects and circulates cold water set to around 50°F.
Within your session, you are free to move between the sauna and cold plunge at your discretion. In a 20min session we recommend anywhere between 15-18min in the sauna, and 1-5min in the cold tub in total. Ultimately, listen to your body. Based upon your experience, and current state these times may differ- you’ll still receive the benefits!
We host up to 1 person at a time, for 20min sessions. If you’d like to experience with a friend or family member, we offer a Buddy Add-on option. You can book multiple sessions at a time to lengthen your healing experience. See more details below on sessions and pricing, or head over to our pricing page.
